Basisfach

a) Cut out the cards and put them into four different groups:

1. Presenting your choice
2. Supporting an idea
3. Being undecided/balancing
4. Arguing against an idea

b)

1. Put the four groups of cardsin front of you (face up).
2. Present your three quotes and explain why you chose them. Start each sentence with a suitable phrase from the cards in front of you. If you have used a card, turn it over.
3. Listen to your partner and say if you agree with his/her choice. Again, use suitable phrases from the cards.
4. Count the cards you have turned over: Who has used more cards?
