Die ver­schie­de­nen Merk­ma­le un­ter­schied­li­cher Sti­le­be­nen / Re­gis­ter müs­sen des­halb immer wie­der the­ma­ti­siert und ein­ge­übt wer­den. Am An­fang steht die Ana­ly­se.

TASK: Read the fol­lo­wing sen­ten­ces and find out why they be­long to for­mal, stan­dard / neu­tral or in­for­mal / col­lo­qui­al style.

 

1. For­mal Style

He is an ex­tre­me­ly tal­ka­ti­ve boy.
The ac­cu­sed is a per­son who has not yet re­ached the age of ten.

2. Stan­dard / Neu­tral Style

The boy talks a lot.

You have done a very good job.

3. In­for­mal / Col­lo­qui­al Style

This guy is an old wind­bag.
It’s gonna be a long cold win­ter.
